团队负责人简介:陈秀华,教授,博导,昆明理工大学工学博士,日本东京大学博士后,主要从事新能源环境材料、新型太阳能电池材料和半导体超大规模集成电路布线材料研究。

本研究团队紧跟材料领域国际研究热点和国家重大科技战略,主要从事新型能源环境材料、半导体ULSI集成电路布线材料研究,围绕光伏产业太阳能硅基材料及器件、纳米多孔硅制备及在重金属环境治理方面的应用、信息产业超大规模集成电路硅基布线及互连薄膜材料开展相关研究工作。 本研究团队的研发工作获得了国家自然科学基金、教育部留下回国人员基金、云南省科技厅重大科技项目、云南省省部共建复杂有色金属资源清洁利用国家重点实验室开放基金的资助和支持。研究方向包括以下几方面:

(1)利用多孔硅材料净化工业废水吸附重金属离子的研究; 该部分相关研究工作获得了2项国家自然科学基金和1项省部共建复杂有色金属资源清洁利用国家重点实验室开放基金的资助。课题组已在JHM、Coatings、MP、CJSC等期刊上发表SCI论文多篇,已培养硕士毕业生6人;

(2)利用纳米金属辅助刻蚀开展新型硅基太阳电池材料及器件相关研究工作,通过有效调控,制备不同结构的硅片,实现太阳能硅片表面的高效减反效果和发光效率的提升:该部分相关研究工作获得了云南省科技厅重点项目和国家基金的支持,课题组已在IJMR、ESPR、PT等期刊上发表SCIEI论文多篇,已培养硕士毕业生6人;

(3)利用PVD、CVD、sputtering等多种薄膜制备技术开展半导体超大规模集成电路互连材料及器件的研究;该部分研究已获得教育部留学回国人员基金、云南省科技厅自然科学基金项目等项目的支持;课题组已在ASS、SPT等期刊上发表SCIEI论文多篇,已培养硕士毕业生5人。

 

New energy environmental materials research team

The research team closely follows the international research hotspots and national major science and technology strategies in the field of materials, mainly engaged in the research of new energy and environmental materials, new solar cell materials, semiconductor ULSI integrated circuit wiring materials. The research focuses on solar silicon substrate materials and devices in photovoltaic industry, nanoporous silicon preparation and application in heavy metal environmental treatment, silicon based wiring and interconnection thin film materials for ULSI in information industry. The research work of this research team has been funded and supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Fund for Returned Scholars of the Ministry of Education, the Major Science and Technology Projects of Yunnan Science and Technology Department, and the Open Fund of the State Key Laboratory of the State Key Laboratory of Clean Utilization of Complex Non-ferrous Metal Resources in Yunnan Province. The research areas involve the following aspects.

(1)Research on adsorption of heavy metal ions in industrial wastewater by porous silicon material. The related research work in this part was supported by two National Natural Science Funds of China and the Open Fund of the State Key Laboratory of the State Key Laboratory of Clean Utilization of Complex Non-ferrous Metal Resources in Yunnan Province. The research group has published many SCI papers in JHM, Coatings, MP, CJSC and other journals, and 6 master graduates have been trained.

(2)Research on new silicon-based solar cell materials and devices with nano-metal assisted etching, and prepare silicon wafers with different structures through effective regulation to achieve efficient reflection reduction effect on the surface of solar silicon wafers and improve the luminescence efficiency. This part of the related research work has been supported by the key project of Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Department and the National Fund. The research group has published many SCI and EI papers on IJMR, ESPR, PT and other journals,and 6 master graduates have been trained.

The interconnecting materials and devices of semiconductor very large scale integrated circuits were studied by PVD, CVD, Sputtering and other film fabrication techniques.This part of the research has been supported by the Fund for Returned Scholars of The Ministry of Education and the Natural Science Foundation of Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Department.The research group has published many SCI and EI papers in ASS, SPT and other journals. and 5 master graduates have been trained.
